Wholesale Terms - new accounts

Thank you for your interest in stocking Old Rusted Chair in your shop! Please take a few moments to read over my wholesale terms before placing your first order. Once you're ready to place an order please contact me so I can set you up with an account. All wholesale orders are placed via my website.

Minimums:

Initial orders have a minimum of $500, not including shipping. After your first order there is no dollar minimum. Skein minimum is four (4) per colorway.

Price:

Skeins start at $16.50 per skein with a suggested retail of $29.

Payment:

50% is due upon receiving your invoice. This amount is non refundable. The remainder, including cost of shipping, is due when order is ready. Invoices will be emailed via PayPal. I will send a revised invoice with balance due and shipping costs when the order is ready.

You are also welcome to pay for your entire order up front when checking out. Shipping will be invoiced separately when your order ships. Payments are accepted via PayPal, credit card or check. If mailing a check please contact me after you order so I know to expect it.  

Shipping:

Please choose Wholesale Shipping upon checkout. Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance. Old Rusted Chair is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you would prefer a different shipping method, or have an account you'd like me to use, please contact me to make the proper arrangements. You will receive shipment tracking information via email when your order ships. For international orders, the importer is responsible for all duties and/or customs charges.
